Jake Neufeld of the Revelstoke Grizzlies has committed to play for the Drury University Panthers in the American Collegiate Hockey Association next fall.
The Calgary native established new season highs in goals (26) – also team-leading – assists (23) and points (49) in 41 games. He then added 11 points in 12 KIJHL Championship games.
The 5-10, 158-pound offensive forward played in 111 career games for the Grizzlies and had 56 goals, 61 assists for 117 points. He played in 43 career playoff games and had 31 points.
Neufeld joins a Panthers program that featured 17 KIJHL alumni on its roster this season.
