The Jaxon Joseph Memorial Scholarship was introduced in memory of former Beaver Valley Nitehawks player Jaxon Joseph, who was one of 16 members of the Humboldt Broncos killed in a tragic bus crash on April 6, 2018. The $2500 award is presented annually to a deserving Kootenay International Junior Hockey League player who shares Jaxon’s athletic and academic aspirations.
