Thunder Cats’ Willey commits to BCIHL’s Lakers

Graham Willey of the Creston Valley Thunder Cats has committed to play for the Okanagan Lakers in the B.C. Intercollegiate Hockey League next fall.

The Salmon Arm native had five goals and 13 points in 29 games with the Chase Heat and Thunder Cats. 

The 6-0, 175-pound defenceman played in 104 career regular season games (83 with the Heat) and had 34 points. He also had a goal in two playoff games with the Heat.

Willey is the seventh KIJHL player that the Lakers have recruited to their program this spring.
