Kamloops Storm defenceman Aaron Zulinick earned his first WHL point with the Portland Winterhawks on Dec. 14.

Zulinick, called up to the Winterhawks in late November, assisted on Tyson Yaremko’s goal to give the Winterhawks a 2-0 lead against the Spokane Chiefs. It was Zulinick’s third game.

Zulinick has played four games and has seven shots with a plus one rating. The 16-year-old from Kamloops has 13 points in 18 games with the Storm this season.

Below is a feature video on Zulinick, with comments from Winterhawks head coach Kyle Gustafson, which was previously posted on KIJHL.ca and social media.
