Rebels’ Valach commits to BCIHL’s Lakers

Adam Valach of the Castlegar Rebels has commited to play for the Okanagan Lakers in the B.C. Intercollegiate Hockey League next fall.

Valach captained the Rebels in his lone season with the organization and had 22 points in 39 games. Valach played in 104 career regular season games with the Nelson Leafs, North Okanagan Knights, Quesnel River Rush and Rebels. Valach also played in 15 playoff games with the Knights and River Rush.

Valach is the sixth KIJHL player that the Lakers recruited to their program.
