Jace Shuttleworth of the Princeton Posse has committed to play for Opole United Hockey Club in the European University Hockey League next fall.
Shuttleworth, 21, finished fifth on the Posse with 50 points (13-37) in 40 games. The Penticton, B.C. native added 18 points (6-12) in 24 playoff games, helping the Posse reach the KIJHL Championship Final.
The 6-0, 180-pound forward spent three seasons with the Posse playing 106 regular season games and had 78 points (22-56). Shuttleworth played in 39 playoff games and had 24 points (7-17).
Shuttleworth is the second KIJHL player that Opole United has recruited.
