Mucking Around the KI brings it’s 26th and final episode of the season.
No hockey games to talk about, as Wylie and Jeff recap the situation around COVID-19 and its effect on the Kootenay International Junior Hockey League (KIJHL).
We speak with KIJHL commissioner Larry Martel about the unexpected ending to the league playoffs and how that affects 100 Mile House hosting the Cyclone Taylor Cup.
We’re also joined by Kimberley Dynamiters head coach Derek Stuart, who talks about breaking the news to the Nitros players and his thoughts on a playoff run unfinished.
Revelstoke Grizzlies general manager Ryan Parent also joins us. He reacts to the defending champions of the KIJHL not getting the opportunity to defend their title.
And we wrap things up discussing the Remembering Grant Sheridan Scholarship and our thoughts on the first season of the Mucking Around the KI podcast.
