KIJHL Power Rankings: Week 15

The Kootenay International Junior Hockey League finished its 15th week. The KIJHL Power Rankings highlights the top-five teams based on winning percentage and here is how they rank.

Osoyoos Coyotes: (GP: 33 W: 26 L: 2 OTL: 2 SOL: 3) The Coyotes played one game during the week, earning a 3-2 overtime win over the Summerland Steam. Hometown product Tyler Badger scored the OT winner, his seventh goal of the season. 

Revelstoke Grizzlies: (GP: 32 W: 24 L: 7 OTL: 1 SOL: ) The Grizzlies leapfrogged two spots with three wins over the Chase Heat, 7-5, and back-to-back victories against the 100 Mile House Wranglers – 4-2 and 7-0.

Kimberley Dynamiters: (GP: 34 W: 24 L: 8 OTL: 0 SOL: 2) The Dynamiters maintain their third spot after winning two of three games during the week. The Dynamiters defeated Golden 5-1 to start the week, then edged the Fernie Ghostriders 3-2. They lost their final game 3-2 against Columbia Valley.

Kamloops Storm: (GP: 34 W: 23 L: 8 OTL: 2 SOL:1) The Storm opened their week with consecutive losses to Sicamous 6-3, and Chase 2-1, then won the second of the double-header against Chase, 3-2.

Columbia Valley Rockies: (GP: 33 W: 22 L: 8 OTL: 2 SOL: 1) The Rockies stay in the fifth spot. They split their two games during the week, losing to Nelson 6-3 and rebounding against Kimberley for a 3-2 win.
