Former Creston Valley Thunder Cat Jake Livingstone is having a memorable rookie season with the Minnesota State Mavericks.

Earlier this month, the Western Collegiate Hockey Association announced its 2020-21 all-conference teams and Livingston made the list for the WCHA All-Rookie Team, MSUMavericks.com reported.

Livingstone has 4-9-13 in 25 games in his first season of college hockey. The Creston, B.C., native leads the country in scoring by freshmen defensemen. His 25 blocked shots place him sixth amongst all freshmen blueliners and his +12 puts him second overall.
