Monk Advances To AJHL
- Submitted by

The Revelstoke Grizzlies Hockey Club would like to congratulate 1998 born defenceman Matthew Monk of Langley, B.C.  (4G, 22A in 37 games) on his recent commitment to play for the Whitecourt Wolverines of the AJHL.

“Matthew made significant improvements as a person and as a player this past season. He is a winner and a true competitor, we wish Matthew all the best this coming season, commented coach Parent”.

The AJHL is well known for having around 50 NCAA D1 scholarships per year. The Grizzlies are proud to be able to advance players on to quality programs such as Whitecourt.

The Grizzlies offer a strong program proven to advance several players each year to quality junior A leagues and programs in western Canada. For further information on how you can become a part of the 2017-2018 Revelstoke Grizzlies please contact General Manager Ryan Parent gm@revelstokegrizzlies.com

The Grizzlies are set to open their main camp and Junior A showcase July 28-30 in West Kelowna, B.C.
